A portrait is more than just a likeness; it is a story about the people and personalities in your life.
Lifestyle Portraits
The majority of the portrait sessions I shoot are on location, using natural light. Rather than photographing people in a lifeless studio, I prefer to go outside and interact with the beautiful world we have around us. Often this is at a park or beach, but it can also be a picturesque part of town (Fort Langley is a great example) or even someone's backyard. While I will arrange some formal poses, I will mostly be aiming for capturing more natural, spontaneous moments. My goal is to have your session be as much fun, and as much of an experience, as seeing the final images for the first time.

When you book a session, we will discuss your location options. They will vary depending on the season, the look you want for your photos, the type of session you are booking (family, engagement, etc.) and of course the accessibility of the area. Some of my most popular spots include:

Investment
All sessions include a pre-session consultation, a digital contact sheet from which to select photos from the comfort of your own home and in your own time, and online delivery of images. All images are high resolution and edited. Sessions outside of White Rock/Surrey/Langley have a mileage rate of 60¢/km. Prices may change at any time. A personalized quote can be drawn up for specific photographic or editing requests.
Lifestyle Portraits
60-minute portrait session with up to six people on location. Includes client’s choice of ten edited images, with the option to add more people and/or more images.
Newborn & Baby Lifestyle Portraits (studio or client's home)
Session is minimum one hour, but may be extended up to three hours to accommodate Baby's schedule. Includes a variety of simple backdrops, the option to have some images with parents and/or siblings, and client’s choice of eight edited images. Clients are encouraged to bring props and a variety of outfits. Option to add more images.
Maternity & Baby Lifestyle Portraits
Includes one maternity session and one newborn/baby session.
Package A includes a mini maternity session in client’s home or on location, and a studio newborn/baby session.
Package B includes a full maternity session in client’s home or on location, and a studio newborn/baby session.
Package C includes a full maternity session and a newborn/baby session in client’s home or on location.
Mini Lifestyle Portraits
30-minute portrait session with up to six people on location. Includes client’s choice of five edited images, with the option to add more people and/or more images.
Group Lifestyle Portraits
60-minute portrait session with up to fifteen people on location. Includes client’s choice of ten edited images, with the option to add more images.
Headshots & Profile Images
Studio session up to 30 minutes. Includes client’s choice of three edited images, with the option to add more images.
Profile Parties
Up to one hour on location or at client’s home with up to four people. This session aims to capture informal lifestyle portraits suitable for a variety of online platforms. Includes clients' choice of at least three edited images per person, with the option to add more people and/or more images.
